The members of the Arizona Physical Therapy Association are represented on the board by Districts that are generally defined by counties.
Maricopa County is divided into three Districts; in accordance with the AzPTA bylaws members are assigned to a District based on city of residence. A member may write to the AzPTA to request re-assignment to a different District (e.g. the District in which the member is employed).
The following table indicates how cities in Maricopa County are divided into Districts 1, 2 and 3.
