Come To Tucson!  Find Your People! Mark your calendars now and plan to attend the 2018 AzPTA Spring Conference, May 4-6, at the University of Arizona's College of Medicine in Tucson.

This year's theme, "Improving Early Access to PT," features 2 days of continuing education sessions (up to 13 contact hours) and networking opportunities.

Sunday's program:

  • How to Integrate Pain Education into Current Practice
  • Health Care Journalism Behind the Scenes:  Communicating with the public and the media to convey the right message for rehab providers
  • Lunch, Membership Meeting and Town Hall
  • Patient Access to the Physical Therapist: Legislative Issues and Perspectives : Special Guest Speaker Arizona State Representative Rand Friese, MD (Arizona State Healthcare Committee and University of Arizona trauma surgeon)

Following Saturday's program, plan to relax and enjoy informal time with colleagues during the PT Pub Night at the Aloft Hotel's outside patio. Our Early Professionals Special Interest Group (EP SIG) is organizing this fun and social event.
