The Practice Committee is a group of physical therapist and physical therapist assistant members whose goal is to educate Arizona's clinicians on the administrative rules and statutes that govern the practice of physical therapy in our state.

APTA Core Ethics Documents

The following two APTA core ethics documents have been expanded to better delineate the ethical obligations of all PTs and PTAs. The new "Code" and "Standards" went into effect on July 1, 2010.

The Code of Ethics contains principles for physical therapists (download a printable copy).

The Standards of Ethical Conduct for the Physical Therapist Assistant sets forth standards for physical therapist assistants (download a printable copy).
